The staff here was great! I explained that I was having a bad toothache and they saw me right away. They were all so friendly and sweet. Dr. Snyder was very informative and patient. He broke everything down for me, especially when he was showing me my X-rays. Recommending him to my friends!!

Medicare Fraud! Beware! This office is unscrupulous. DO NOT sign a treatment plan until you check with your Insurance company, if you are going through insurance. I was charged $600 for 2 small fillings. After talking with my insurance people, I found out that there were unnecessary charges, overcharging, incorrect coding and unidentifiable codes. Since trying to straighten things out with this office, they have consistently hung up on me, and have not cooperated with my insurance company. The one star is for the dentist. He was ok. He offered to fill my 2 spots where fillings had fallen out, or, he said I could get a crown. I chose filling replacement. His office staff later informed me that I should have had a crown. Who is running this place?

Hands down the best dentist around does not beat around the bush tells you like it is and is very professional! Very understanding and patient as well staff is wonderful and Beth the office manager is such a pleasant person to greet you when you walk in highly recommend establishment.

Dr Snyder has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is so careful and detailed with his work it amazes me. I have had many issues with my teeth for medical reasons and he has never been dishonest or misleading about what could be done realistically and what I would need to do to maintain a healthy dental experience. He just corrected my smile with bridges that were complex and what seemed to me to require a lot of time for him. He was detailed, precise and basically an artist with my final smile. I am BEYOND happy with his work. Dr Snyder is a gifted dentist, period. And the office staff is amazing. They treat you like you are family and it is real. The girls make me feel cared fo every time I walk in the office. I will refer Dr Snyder’s office to EVERYONE I know and anyone I meet. I am so happy 😁

Dr. Snyder is great. Such a great doctor. As others have said, office staff, not so much. Do you enjoy paying for cleanings when your insurance has no co-pays for routine cleanings? This is your place. Looking for random extra fees for nonsense fluoride treatments? You'll find a home here. Want a fair, expected price which conforms to your insurance? Go elsewhere.

What a wonderful front staff! I have a lot of difficulty going to the dentist because I work similar hours (M-F 9-5), but the wonderful front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I could get all my work done in one visit rather than request multiple days off at work. It was refreshing! Not only is the staff courteous and friendly, but Dr. Snyder was very detailed and offered a lot of details with everything he was doing. Would highly recommend.

worse cleaning experience ever....Will never be back there again. Cleaning was about 15 min, no scrapping, nothing, the dental hygienist used the pointy tool on 3 locations, that's it, no plague removal, nothing, claiming "next level up", meaning addition charge. Now I have to go to another dentist and do a proper cleaning the right way. what a waste of money that was.

Hands down the best Dentist I've ever been to! I've had nothing but bad experiences for the past 15+ years, needless to say I didn't go to the dentist too often. I was hesitant at first, but after my first treatment with Dr. Snyder, I was happy to go back for the second visit. I've already recommended my wife and will continue to recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Awesome dental office. Very pleased and happy with my experience. I hadn't been to see a dentist in quite some time, so I was concerned my teeth would need a lot of work. The worst office on Gd’s green earth. One of the office staff was making fun of the insurance official’s name. His name was Ken so she asked “oh, where’s Barbie?” How unprofessional. Then they wanted to overcharge for a crown. When I complained, they cancelled my appointment AND my kids! THEN.... when when I used another professional dentist, they wanted $19 transfer the X-RAY records ! Really ? They’re MY records. They also lied, saying to the new dentist I owed a balance of $19 for “bite wings”. What are they talking about. ?? Stay away from this office. Liars and thieves.
