I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Snyder as my new dentist! He and his team put the patient first and foremost. I have never enjoyed the dental experience, but Dr. Snyder calms any fears, addresses any concerns, and demonstrably cares for his patients. Thank you Dr. Snyder!!

I called to schedule an appointment for my parents and had all of their information ready. Instead of assisting, the front desk immediately asked “is there a reason why they’re not calling themselves”. That question was intrusive, unnecessary, inappropriate, and frankly unprofessional, especially with her tone. People schedule appointments for older family members all the time, and it’s not the office’s place to interrogate that. The interaction only got worse from there. I was told they do not accept the insurance plan, despite the provider currently being listed as in-network. That level of inaccuracy, combined with the poor communication, made the entire call a waste of time. I would strongly recommend the office improve both their communication approach and the accuracy of their insurance listings.

From start to finish, my visit was professional, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant, which is not something I usually associate with a dentist visit. Dr. Snyder is excellent. He is knowledgeable, calm, and takes the time to explain things clearly, which immediately puts you at ease. I always felt like I was in capable hands. Beth and Sylvia in the office are outstanding. They are warm, attentive, and incredibly organized, making everything from scheduling to the visit itself seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness truly elevate the entire experience. This is a practice that clearly cares about their patients.
